About Rob — Primary Plumbing Solutions

I'm Rob, and I run Primary Plumbing Solutions as a sole operator. I'm not a franchise, not a call centre, and not a business that sends whoever happens to be available. When you call me, you deal with me — from the first conversation through to when the job is done.

My Story

I grew up in the Sutherland Shire and spent years working for larger plumbing companies before going out on my own. The frustrations were always the same — customers kept waiting, jobs rushed, prices inflated after the fact. My reason for starting Primary Plumbing Solutions was simple: just do it properly. Show up when I say I will, tell people upfront what it'll cost, do good work, and clean up before I leave. That's it.

I've been running the business for 16+ years, covering residential, commercial, strata and emergency plumbing across the Shire and beyond. I hold NSW plumbing licence 311530C and I'm available 24/7 for genuine emergencies.

How I Work

I'm not big on corporate mission statements, but there are a few things I hold myself to on every job:

• Honesty. You get a clear, upfront quote before I start. You'll know exactly what it'll cost before I come out. No surprises.
• Communication. I'll tell you what I found, what needs doing, and why — in plain English. If something unexpected comes up during a job, you'll hear about it straight away.
• Cleanliness. I treat your home like my own. Drop sheets go down, boots get covered, and I take my rubbish with me when I leave.
• Quality. I back my labour with a lifetime warranty. If something I've done isn't right, I'll come back and fix it — no charge.
