I'm Rob — a local, licensed plumber based right next door in Woolooware. Available 24/7, free quotes, lifetime labour warranty.
I cover the full range of residential and commercial plumbing across Caringbah and Caringbah South. Every job comes with a free upfront quote and my lifetime labour warranty.
A large part of Caringbah was built in the post-war period, which means a lot of the homes I work on here still have their original clay or terracotta sewer lines. These pipes were standard in NSW construction through the 1950s and 1960s, and while they can last a long time, they're prone to root intrusion as garden trees mature. Fig trees, camphor laurels and other large natives with aggressive root systems are particularly common culprits. If a drain keeps blocking in the same spot, CCTV inspection is usually the best way to check whether roots are the cause before spending money on recurring clearances.
Caringbah also has a growing mix of housing types. Alongside the older brick homes, there are newer townhouse developments and a number of unit complexes — particularly toward Caringbah South and near Taren Point Road. In these properties I frequently deal with shared drainage, hot water issues in older systems serving multiple dwellings, and leaks inside wall cavities that can be tricky to locate without the right equipment.
The proximity to Taren Point means I also do a fair amount of commercial and light industrial plumbing in the area — backflow prevention, grease traps and maintenance work for small businesses. If you run a business in the area and need a regular plumber, get in touch.
I'm based in Woolooware and work throughout all neighbouring suburbs:

Yes, this is one of the most common issues I deal with in Caringbah. Many older homes here have clay sewer lines that tree roots penetrate over time. I can clear the blockage and use CCTV camera inspection to show you exactly what's happening inside the pipe — so you can make an informed decision rather than just paying for the same clearance repeatedly.
Yes — all quotes are free and upfront. You'll know the cost before I start any work. No surprises, no hidden fees.
I back everything I do with a lifetime labour warranty. If there's ever a problem with my workmanship, I'll come back and fix it at no cost. All parts and materials also carry the manufacturer's warranty.
