Sydney Water does a solid job of treating our drinking water, but chlorine, chloramines, and sediment can still affect the taste and smell of what comes out of the tap. A properly installed water filtration system gives you clean, great-tasting water straight from the kitchen — no need for bottled water and no ongoing plastic waste. We supply and install a range of filtration solutions for homes across the Sutherland Shire and Greater Sydney.

Types of Water Filtration Systems We Install

Undersink Filter Systems

The most popular option for homes. An undersink system sits neatly in the cabinet below your kitchen sink and connects to a dedicated filtered water tap on your benchtop. Single-stage filters remove sediment and improve taste; dual and triple-stage systems add carbon block filtration and sub-micron filtration to remove chlorine, chloramines, and fine particles. Clean, cold filtered water on demand — no jugs, no fuss.

Reverse Osmosis (RO) Systems

The most thorough option available for home use. RO systems push water through a semi-permeable membrane that removes up to 99% of dissolved contaminants — including heavy metals like lead and arsenic, fluoride, nitrates, and bacteria. RO systems are undersink-installed and typically include a small storage tank so you always have filtered water ready. If water quality is a priority for your household, this is the gold standard.

Whole-House Filtration

A whole-house filter installs at the main water supply point and treats every tap in the home — kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, and garden. These systems typically combine a sediment pre-filter with a carbon filter to remove chlorine and improve taste throughout the entire property. Particularly popular in older homes where pipe sediment can be an issue, or for households with young children or sensitive skin.

UV Purification

UV systems use ultraviolet light to deactivate bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms in your water supply. Often used in conjunction with carbon filtration for comprehensive treatment — particularly relevant for homes on rainwater tanks or with bore water connections.

Filter Cartridge Replacement

A filter that hasn't been changed on schedule is often worse than no filter at all — a saturated cartridge can harbour bacteria and pass contaminants back into your water. We offer a cartridge replacement service for all makes and models of undersink and whole-house filters. Most standard cartridges need replacing every 6–12 months depending on your water usage and local water quality. We can set you up on a reminder schedule so it's one less thing to think about.

Brands We Work With

We supply and install units from Puretec, 3M Aqua-Pure, Pentair, and Doulton — all trusted names in Australian water filtration. We'll recommend the right system for your household size, water usage, and budget. If you already have a filtration system installed and just need a service or cartridge change, we can handle that too regardless of the brand.
